Most small- and medium-sized companies do not engage in mergers and acquisitions on a routine basis. Rather, they tend to focus resources on handling day-to-day business, which hampers their ability to conduct transactions.

While clients continue to manage their businesses, VENTRADA takes care of the project management of the transaction while remaining in close contact with the client and reporting daily, if needed.

By "project management" we understand the following issues:

  • Definition of the strategic goals of investors as well as those of sellers
  • Market analysis in accordance with agreed-upon targets
  • Planning and execution of tasks relating to due diligence
  • Company valuation according to discounted cash flow and multiple-based methods
  • Advisory throughout the contract negotiation process up until closing
  • Support during the integration process after the acquisition has taken place
