VENTRADA brings together many years of investment experience with high-tech companies and a broad understanding of new technologies. We also appreciate the sometimes differing viewpoints of investors and entrepreneurs and try to join forces to meet each party’s expectations.

Our capacities include:

• Screening the market for suitable target companies (buy & build strategies)
• Conducting due diligence processes with buyers and vendors as a leader or a contributor
• Project management (e.g. expansion financing of portfolio companies, assessing capital needs and valuations with investment managers in charge, preparing the necessary documentation and coordinating negotiations up until closing)
• Exit Management (Trade Sale - Secondary - IPO)
